Our free-range, heritage turkeys are the best of the best, with American Bronze, Blue Slate and Narragansett breeds. Due to the length of time required to bring them to harvest, we have a limited supply of turkeys, so order early to be assured one of these marvels!

Our turkeys are raised organically with the utmost care–they're outside all day and come home to roost. Ships raw and deeply chilled (not frozen), packaged in a foam box with dry ice.
